The mooring quays,the white structures, mark the location of vessels on Battleship Row on
Dec. 7, 1941. The mooring quay was the forward mooring position for the Arizona. Today it
is a memorial to the USS Vestal. The Vestal was moored outboard of the Arizona Dec. 7, 1941.
Today the USS Missouri is moored where the USS Tennessee was moored. The white bouy
marks the bow of the Arizona.
